On Sunday, September 13th we served Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc (2024, Lilleø) with green teas at Bocuse d'Or Denmark's Thank-you'-dinner. We are immensely proud and happy to see our first cuvée served and enjoyed with food created by some of Denmark's most talented chefs. We look forward to continue the collaboration with the Danish team as they prepare for Lyon 2027.

Our story
Behind Edwards & Lassen are the founders Nathalia Edwards and Mette Lassen. The idea came to life during summer 2017, when they got together with a shared frustration over the lack of tasty adult beverages without alcohol.
At the time they met over their shared frustration Nathalia was consulting wine houses on fermentation and product development, while Mette was working with sales and marketing of premium food brands.
Time passed on, and finally, in 2024, they decided to join forces. Edwards & Lassen was born in the early days of 2025.
